Retail Store Terms & Conditions

  1. Return and Exchange will be provided within 15 days period from the date of purchase.
  2. Return & Exchange will not be applicable on below mentioned product categories: Accessories,Tanks, Tops, Baby Tees, Bodysuits.
  3. Refunds can only be credited back into the customer store wallet.
  4. Customer needs to present an original bill to initiate the process of Return, Exchange or Refund
  5. In-order to initiate a return or the exchange process. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels and tags. (In the event where the traces of product use are discovered the store manager reserves the right to deny Return, Exchange)
  6. Store reserves right to deny the refund incase of product QC gets rejected.
  7. Returns and Exchange will not be applicable on Saturday and Sundays

Important : In the event where the customer fails to present an original bill of purchase; or does not meet all of the above mentioned terms and conditions; the store manager reserves the right to deny Return, Exchange or Refund
