RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Due to hygiene standards, we don’t accept returns on certain items, including Caps, Socks, Rugs, Hats, Masks, Boxers, Shorts, Bodysuits, Crop Tops, Tank Tops, Baby Tees, and stationery items like Stickers.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).

  • Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please email unboxing videos and photos via the App or Website, and our Customer Experience Team will assist.

Return Charges and Refunds

  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid
  • Refund Method: Refund is to be issued as credits to your Bonkers Corner Wallet only. 

Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside sale periods.
  • Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you as a Wallet for future purchases.
  • The above policies are the same for our premium collection as well.
  • If any availability issues arise with the requested product, the product amount along with the IGST will be refunded via Bonkers Wallet on your registered number. You can then utilize the refunded amount to place a new order.

Products Covered Under the 3-Month Guarantee

The following categories are covered by a 90-day Guarantee against manufacturing defects (stitching, zippers, elastic, and buttons):

  • Out Of Office Collection: Polos, and Button-down Shirts (Cabana).
    (Note: Heavyweight Jackets are excluded).

  • Hoodies: All Fleece and Terry Hoodies.

  • Bottoms: Cargo Pants, Joggers, and Sweatpants.

  • Shorts: All Utility Shorts and Lounge Shorts.

  • Supima T-Shirts: All 100% Supima Cotton T-shirts.

  • Modal & Tencel Collection: Strappy Tops, Ribbed Tanks, Long Sleeve Tops, and Dresses.

CRITICAL ELIGIBILITY: This guarantee applies ONLY to products purchased at full MRP. Any products purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or via promotional discount codes (40% and above) are strictly excluded from this 3-month guarantee.

Return & Exchange Process

  • The Return or Exchange can be initiated via the Website or the App, read through the prompts highlighted on the App or Website
  • The process will be initiated only when the Customer Experience Team accepts your requests,  typically within 48 hours post the request raised from the customers end.
  • Reverse Pickup - Reverse pickups will be arranged only after confirmation from Customer Experience Team
  • Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged as they were delivered to you
  • The refund method stays the same as Bonkers Corner Wallet for both COD & Prepaid Orders.

Order Cancellation :  

  • PLEASE NOTE, Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Please Note: Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales cannot be exchanged.
  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange or replacement, including Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops, Bodysuits, Caps, Hats, Masks, Boxers, and Shorts.

Exchange and Refund Conditions:

Covered Issues: We exchange or refund items with manufacturing defects, not issues caused by improper use or care.

Guarantee Covers:

      • Loose seams or stitching
      • Discoloration or fading of fabric
      • Uneven dye application
      • Excessive pilling or fuzzing
      • Misplaced or missing embellishments
      • Severe wrinkling or creasing
      • Tears or frays along the edges
      • Any noticeable defect that impacts the look or function

Not Covered:

    • Damage from improper washing or care
    • Wear and tear from regular use
    • Any alterations after purchase
    • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
    • Fabric breakdown from harsh chemicals or environment
