• Hassle-free returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100 (deducted from the refund amount).
• Non-returnable items: Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, rompers, and stationery items (e.g., stickers).

Exchanges

• Hassle-free exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Reverse Shipping Fee: ₹100 applies.
• Non-exchangeable items: Caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, rompers, and stationery items (e.g., stickers).
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed once per item for the same or a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).

Refund Method

• Refund is to be issued as credits to your Bonkers Corner Wallet only.
